How to Use

Ice Roller

1. Place the ice roller in a plastic bag and freeze for 20–30 minutes
2. While waiting, cleanse the skin and apply your preferred cream or gel

1. Face — roll from bottom to top in upward strokes
2. Around the mouth — roll from the center outward to both sides
3. Both sides of the nose — roll from the inner corner of the eye outward to the nose
4. Under-eye area — roll gently from inside to outside and outside to inside
5. Brow — roll from outside to inside of the eyebrows
6. Forehead — roll from bottom to top in upward strokes

Jade Gua Sha

1. Chin — glide along the jawline in upward, outward strokes
2. Forehead — scrape gently from the center outward
3. Neck — glide downward to support lymphatic drainage
4. Around the eyes — use the curved edge gently around the eye area
