Shipping Policy

At Emdan, we believe great self-care shouldn't come with hidden fees. That's why every order ships completely free, no minimum required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once processed, your order is handed off to our shipping partners, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking shortly after.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes 5–15 business days from order date to delivery.

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, but please allow up to 15 business days for some items. Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on your location and the specific products in your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE on every order. Always.

We currently ship throughout the United States.

We're not yet shipping internationally — but we're working on it. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand to your country.

Tracking Your Order

Every Emdan order comes with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 1–3 business days of placing your order, once your order ships.

To track your order, simply click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or reach out to us at emdanglobal@emdan.co anytime.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you'll receive:

1) An order confirmation email right away

2) A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way

If you don't see these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can always contact us at emdanglobal@emdan.co if anything seems off.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at emdanglobal@emdan.co with your order number. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
